2. Intellectual Property
All custom code and assets delivered as part of a project belong to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in an individual contract.
3. Limitation of Liability
MotionCraft is not responsible for any indirect damages resulting from the use of our digital products. We guarantee high-performance standards at the time of delivery.
